These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire MetaSironix ("we", "us") to do. By using the site or starting a project with us, you agree to them. Every project also gets a written proposal or quote; where that proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

We offer digital marketing, AI video ads, website development and app development. The exact deliverables, timeline and number of revision rounds for your project are set out in your proposal. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start on it.

• Prices shown on this website are a starting guide and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Your final price and payment schedule are the ones in your proposal.
• Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
• Advertising spend on platforms like Meta or Google is separate from our fees unless your proposal says otherwise.

• Give us accurate information and timely feedback and approvals.
• Only send us logos, footage, images, music and other material you own or have permission to use — you're responsible for having those rights.
• Check and approve final content before it goes live, including any claims your ads make about your products.

We work to the timeline in your proposal. Late feedback, late materials or changes in scope move that timeline. Each project includes the revision rounds listed in its proposal; extra rounds can be added at an agreed price.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we make for you and can use them commercially — on paid social, the web, broadcast and anywhere else — without renewal or per-platform fees. Third-party assets (for example stock media, fonts or plugins) stay under their own licences.

We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

We use AI tools as part of our production, and every deliverable is reviewed by a person before you see it. Because AI tools can make mistakes, please review content carefully before you publish it.

Ads and apps run on platforms we don't control — Meta, Google, the App Store, Google Play and others — and are subject to their policies, reviews and changes. We work hard for strong results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, rankings or approval by a platform.

We keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We ask you to do the same with our proposals and pricing.

You may browse and share this website, but not copy, resell or misuse its content, or try to disrupt it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content. How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over the completed work that has been paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
