MetaSironix is a digital studio based in Jaipur, India that plans and makes ads, AI video ads, websites and apps. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean MetaSironix, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or gets in touch with us through it. Questions about your data go to hello@metasironix.com.

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site safe:

• Project enquiries — when you use the contact form: your name, email, and, if you add them, phone number, company, the services, budget and timeline you pick, a reference link, a chosen plan and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address.
• Messages you send us directly — by email, Instagram or WhatsApp, including anything you attach.
• Technical data — your IP address is checked briefly when you submit a form, to limit repeated submissions and spam. We don't use it to identify you or build a profile.

We don't ask for payment details on this website.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a plan or quote, and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To send the newsletter — only if you signed up for it.
• To keep the website secure and protect our forms from spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process your personal data with your consent — given when you submit a form or write to us — and for the legitimate uses allowed by applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run this website for us — hosting, our database, email, and Upstash, which we use for spam rate limiting — and only as far as they need it to do that job.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to.

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies; we don't control how they handle your data.

We keep this to the bare minimum:

• One essential cookie — a sign-in session cookie, set only when our team logs into the studio's admin area. Visitors browsing the site don't receive it.
• Theme preference — if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

We don't use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them to respond, deliver the work and keep proper business records. Newsletter addresses stay on our list until you ask to be removed. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, or take you off the newsletter;
• withdraw your consent, or raise a concern about how we handled your data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — encrypted connections, access limited to our team, and rate limits on our forms. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
