01What does "distinct concept" actually mean?
A different angle — a new hook, story or promise — not the same ad with a new colour or headline. Meta's delivery now rewards genuinely different creatives, so we count concepts, not variations.
02Are the UGC-style ads real creators?
They're AI-generated UGC-style videos, directed and edited by us. If you need real creators on camera, we'll quote that separately.
03Do you run the ads too?
No — we make the creatives; your team or agency runs them. That's why our plans cost less than full-service agencies while the creative output is higher.
04What if I don't like the Test Drive?
If you don't like the scripts, you get a 100% refund before we produce anything. If you don't like the finished ads, we redo the whole pack once, free.
05Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade any time; downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice. Growth and Scale may carry a 3-month commitment, agreed upfront.
06Is GST included?
Prices are before 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.
