A good brief isn't long. It's specific. Our first call is 15 minutes, and that's enough when the right five things get said.
011. What are you selling, and to whom?
One product or service, one type of buyer. If you sell to two very different audiences, tell us which one matters most this quarter.
022. What does a win look like in 90 days?
A number is best: enquiries per week, online orders, app installs, store visits. If you don't know your current number, that's fine — measuring it becomes step one.
033. What have you tried?
Past ads, an old website, an agency that didn't work out. What failed is often more useful than what worked, because it tells us what not to repeat.
044. What's the budget — for the work and for media?
These are two different numbers. The work is what we charge; media is what you pay Meta or Google directly. Knowing both lets us recommend a plan that's realistic, not aspirational.
055. Is there a date that matters?
A launch, a festive season, a store opening. Deadlines shape the plan more than anything else.
A clear brief is the fastest way to a clear quote.
After the call we send a written plan with a fixed price and timeline within 48 hours. Nothing starts until you've signed it off.
